The Company currently has ten shareholders who have funded the company as required. The principal shareholders are :

 

• Northbrock Capital Inc.: Richard J. Renaud, the controlling shareholder of Northbrock Capital Inc., is an experienced venture capitalist who has spent more than 25 years in the private and public equity markets. Mr. Renaud is currently Chairman and Managing Partner of Wynnchurch Capital Partners, a private equity fund with capital in excess of US$163 M. (Ref.: www.wynnchurch.com)
• Dundee Precious Metals Inc. (www.dundeeprecious.com): is a closed end fund whose largest shareholder is Dundee Bancorp Inc. Dundee Bancorp is a publicly traded holding company based in Canada holding assets relating to wealth management, financial services and real estate. Dynamic Mutual Funds and its related divisions manage approximately $8.6 billion in assets. Dundee Securities and its sister companies administer approximately $8.7 billion in client assets. In addition to the above Dundee Bancorp for its own account also acts as a merchant bank.
• Rab Capital Special Situations (www.rabcap.com): RAB Special Situations Company is a closed-end investment company with 100% of its assets invested in the successful RAB Special Situations strategy. The investment objective of the RAB Special Situations strategy is to maximize returns with minimal investment restrictions, and it has a particular focus on natural resources.
• MRI Trading AG (www.mritrading.ch) is a private company active in international physical commodities trading & investments. MRI Trading AG markets Copper concentrate, Zinc concentrate and Lead concentrate. They also deal in secondary non-ferrous materials, precious metals, copper cathodes, cobalt, molybdenum concentrates and they are one of the most active and well-known trading houses in the Chinese market.

• Salida Capital Corp. (www.salidacapital.com): is a private investment management firm located in Toronto, Canada established for the purpose of offering alternative investment expertise to institutional clients and high net worth individuals.
• Inotel Inc. (www.inotel.com) Dr. Jean-Marc Lalancette) is a geochemist operating in the area of mineral extraction and environmental chemistry for more than 30 years. He is a professor Emeritus of the University of Sherbrooke and the author of more than 40 patents related to mineral chemistry and problem solving in environmental science. His contributions have been acknowledged by several awards, including the Manning Award in 1985 for the development of a safer form of asbestos. He is currently acting as Vice-President, research and development for NE.
